Buffalo Fish Tenders with Yogurt Ranch Dressing

¼ cup hot sauce

1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt
Directions

Bake Fish Tenders according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, warm hot sauce in a small sauce pan.

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

While the tenders are hot, brush evenly with hot sauce, making sure to coat one side completely.

Serve with yogurt ranch dressing and if desired, carrot and celery slices.
