Seafood Nachos Grande

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4 to 6


Ingredients


  • 16  
  • 1 bag (9 oz.) tortilla corn chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped

Directions


  1. Bake Fish Sticks according to package directions. Cut into pieces. Leave oven on.
  2. Meanwhile, line pizza tray or baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Arrange chips on foil and top with prepared Fish Sticks, cheese, tomatoes, olives and jalapenos. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve, if desired, with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
