Buttery Tilapia with Asian Rice Medley and Honey Soy Broccoli

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Serves: 4


Ingredients


  • 2 packages (7.2 oz. each) Mrs.Paul's® ParchmentBake™ Garlic Butter Tilapia
  • 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Whole Grain Brown Rice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 can (4 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons slivered almonds, as desired
  • 1 pinch ground ginger or curry powder

Directions


  1. Bake Mrs. Paul’s® ParchmentBake Garlic Butter Tilapia according to package directions.
  2. Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli Florets according to package directions
  3. Mix mayonnaise, honey and soy sauce together in a small bowl to create a dipping sauce for the broccoli.
  4. Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Whole Grain Brown Rice according to package directions
  5. Pour prepared rice into a bowl and gently stir in butter, mandarin oranges, almonds and desired spice until just combined.
  6. Serve rice with the baked tilapia, broccoli and dipping sauce.
