Buttery Tilapia with Asian Rice Medley and Honey Soy Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 packages (7.2 oz. each) Mrs.Paul's® ParchmentBake™ Garlic Butter Tilapia
- 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Whole Grain Brown Rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 can (4 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 to 3 tablespoons slivered almonds, as desired
- 1 pinch ground ginger or curry powder
Directions
- Bake Mrs. Paul’s® ParchmentBake Garlic Butter Tilapia according to package directions.
- Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli Florets according to package directions
- Mix mayonnaise, honey and soy sauce together in a small bowl to create a dipping sauce for the broccoli.
- Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Whole Grain Brown Rice according to package directions
- Pour prepared rice into a bowl and gently stir in butter, mandarin oranges, almonds and desired spice until just combined.
- Serve rice with the baked tilapia, broccoli and dipping sauce.
