Crunchy California Fish Salad

Hands-On Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 4


Ingredients


  • 1 bag (10 oz) leafy greens salad mix
  • 1 cup Birds Eye® Sugar Snap Peas, cooked according to package directions and chilled
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Birds Eye® Cauliflower Florets, cooked according to package directions and chilled
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 24 Mrs.Paul's® Crunchy Fish Sticks Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets, baked according to package directions
  • Prepared salad dressing, your choice

Directions


  1. Toss leafy greens salad mix, sugar snap peas, carrots, tomatoes and cauliflower together in a large bowl. Equally divide vegetables between 4 serving bowls. Top each with bacon bits and shredded cheese.
  2. Slice fish sticks(or fillets) into thirds; top each salad equally with the fish and desired amount of salad dressing. Serve immediately.
