Fish Tacos with Avocado Cream

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 2


Ingredients


  • 8 Mrs.Paul's® Crunchy Fish Sticks or 4 frozen Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets, baked
  • 1 avocado, peeled and mashed until creamy
  • 4 teaspoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese blend, use your favorite
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded

Directions


  1. Mix avocado, sour cream and lemon juice in a bowl until creamy.
  2. Warm tortillas. Spread avocado cream in the center of each tortilla. Top each with 2 fish sticks(or 1 fillet), shredded cheese and cabbage.
