Ingredients
- 2 packages (7.2 oz. each) Mrs.Paul's® ParchmentBake™ Classic Grilled Tilapia
- 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning blend
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt, as desired
- 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Brown & Wild Rice with Corn, Carrots & Peas
- 1/4 cup savory garlic cooking crème*
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bake Mrs. Paul's® ParchmentBake Classic Grilled Tilapia according to package directions.
- Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots according to package directions and place into a bowl.
- Add to vegetables the butter, lemon pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt until combined.
- Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Brown & Wild Rice with Corn, Carrots & Peas and pour prepared rice into a bowl.
- Add to cooked rice garlic cooking crème* and Parmesan cheese before serving.
