Lemon Pepper Tilapia with Primavera Risotto and Green Beans

Ingredients
- 2 packages (7.2 oz. each) Mrs.Paul's® ParchmentBake™ Lemon Pepper Tilapia
- 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Whole Green Beans
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 slices ready to serve bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Lightly Sauced Primavera Vegetable Risotto
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Bake Mrs. Paul’s® ParchmentBake Lemon Pepper Tilapia according to package directions.
- Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Whole Green Beans according to package directions.
- Mix mayonnaise, bacon, sugar and vinegar in a medium size bowl.
- Pour green beans into the bowl with the mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
- Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Primavera Vegetable Risotto according to package directions.
- Pour prepared risotto into a bowl with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
