Lemon Pepper Tilapia with Primavera Risotto and Green Beans

Ingredients


  • 2 packages (7.2 oz. each) Mrs.Paul's® ParchmentBake™ Lemon Pepper Tilapia
  • 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Whole Green Beans
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 slices ready to serve bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Lightly Sauced Primavera Vegetable Risotto
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or crumbled feta cheese

Directions


  1. Bake Mrs. Paul’s®  ParchmentBake Lemon Pepper Tilapia according to package directions.
  2. Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Whole Green Beans according to package directions.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, bacon, sugar and vinegar in a medium size bowl.
  4. Pour green beans into the bowl with the mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. 
  5. Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Primavera Vegetable Risotto according to package directions.
  6. Pour prepared risotto into a bowl with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
