Roasted Garlic Tilapia with Salsa Corn and Chili Rice

Ingredients
- 2 packages (7.2 oz. each) Mrs.Paul's® ParchmentBake™ Roasted Garlic Tilapia
- 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Super Sweet Corn
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Long Grain White Rice with Mixed Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground chili powder
Directions
- Bake Mrs. Paul’s® ParchmentBake Roasted Garlic Tilapia according to package directions.
- Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Super Sweet Corn according to package directions and place into a bowl. Then stir in salsa and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
- Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Long Grain White Rice with Mixed Vegetables according to package directions.
- Place rice into a bowl and stir in butter and chili powder until combined.
